I am registered with a number of insurance companies including AXA PPP, Preferred Health care Ltd, HEALIX, WPA and AVIVA, BUPA (https://finder.bupa.co.uk/go/alison_ballantyne), CIGNA. If you currently have an insurance policy, please check whether payments can be made and inform me accordingly. (it would be useful to know which company will be supporting you when you contact me).  A copy of the authorisation will be required in due course as Insurance companies do not provide this to Providers.

Rates agreed with Insurance Companies and organisations will be different from the above.
